Terms & Conditions

We provide a subscription-based business management system. The service is provided "as is", per the specifications published on the site at the time of subscription.

The system is not an enterprise resource planning platform and does not fulfill any tax obligation on your behalf. Tax filings remain your responsibility and your accountant's.

Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude VAT.

If your employee count exceeds your pricing tier, you move to the next tier from the start of the next month, after notice.

Your data is yours. We claim no ownership over it, and you can export it in full at any time.

Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, after which it is deleted.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability in all cases is limited to the subscription value paid over the last 12 months.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend the service for material breach of these terms or non-payment, after notice.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The Arabic version is the governing text.
