Refund Policy

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. No refund for the unused portion of the current month.

If you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the value of unused months after deducting the months you used at the monthly subscription rate.

After 30 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable, but the service remains active for the remainder of the paid period.

Setup and training fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time already spent preparing your account.

Contact us via the channels on the Contact page. We respond within 2 business days, and refunds are issued via the same payment method within 14 business days.

In all cases, you can export your data in full before cancellation. See the Terms & Conditions for retention details after termination.
