I spent years as a management consultant inside Egyptian companies — factories, offices, service businesses. The problem repeated itself every time: the company grows, and management stays on Excel, WhatsApp, and one person’s memory.

The options were an expensive international system with an implementation project running into the hundreds of thousands, or a simple tool that solved a quarter of the problem. Companies in between — 5 to 100 staff — had nothing built for them.
