Contracted customer data: for the duration of the contract, then for the period required by commercial and tax law.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers working on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, analytics — and only to the extent needed to operate the service.

If a breach threatening your personal data occurs, we notify the relevant authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify you without undue delay if the breach poses a high risk to your rights.
